Volunteer at EquiMania!™

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!

EquiMania!™ requires the help of many volunteers to guide the visitors through each station. The job of the volunteer is to help the visitor maximize their experience by making sure that each simple step is completed. Knowledge of horses is not a requirement to volunteer. There are plenty of activities you can assist with – we just ask that you love working with people!

Individuals, families and friends

Volunteer for any shift individually or with friends or family members. You may also choose to volunteer for multiple shifts. Volunteers are able to enjoy the State Fair before and after their shift with a free admission ticket! Each volunteer will also receive an EquiMania!™ T-shirt as a small token of our appreciation.

Small Group of Volunteers

We would like to invite your organization to volunteer for a shift at EquiMania!™ As a participant, your organization would commit to providing no fewer than 8-10 volunteers for the exhibit for a shift. Before or after the short shift, the volunteers are able to enjoy the State Fair with a free admission ticket! Also, each volunteer will receive an EquiMania!™ T-shirt as a small token of our appreciation. What a great memory for you and your group!

Day-of Volunteers

Would your organization like to participate in our “Day-of Volunteers?” As a participant, your organization would commit to providing the volunteers for the exhibit for an entire day. In return we would name that day “EquiMania!™ – (your organization’s name here)” at EquiMania!™ .

Additional benefits would include:

• Guaranteed Visibility: Approximately 2 million visitors come to the fair.
• Public Relations: Positive reinforcement of your company and its partnership with the Great Minnesota Get-Together
• On-Site Signage: On your designated day, the Minnesota State Fair will provide a sign with your company name and logo that will be displayed at EquiMania!™ at the fair.

Because the Minnesota State Fair is recognized as one of the premier fairs in the country, EquiMania!™ provides an excellent medium for local and national exposure.
